About Us
I’m Mpendulo Chiliza, the creator of Riskometer™. Over the years, I’ve honed my craft as a computer scientist, working with various online companies in South Africa. From developing apps to managing online stores for major brands and online retail, my journey has been rich with experience.
In my spare time, I’ve always been drawn to utilizing my mathematical and programming skills within the realm of finance, particularly on platforms like MetaTrader. Thus, I dedicated myself to mastering MQL4 back in 2018.
My aspiration has always been to see my tool listed on the MetaTrader marketplace. I’m deeply passionate about expert advisors and indicators, which is why I actively contributed to the forex community on MetaTrader, sharing insights on trading trends such as currency strength through a series of informative articles.
The genesis of Riskometer™ occurred when a friend repeatedly blew his trading account due to difficulties in calculating a 1% risk for each trade. Witnessing this common struggle among beginners, I took on the challenge to develop a tool that would address this fundamental issue.
After sharing the tool with my friend and subsequently with his circle, I received overwhelmingly positive feedback, particularly praising features like the pending order functionality and the ability to resize the tool panel. Armed with my skills in building online stores and implementing license key systems, I embarked on creating this website to make Riskometer accessible to traders worldwide.
I believe in the power of risk management over the allure of quick riches. This belief fuels my dedication to making Riskometer™ available to all forex traders, whether through the online version or install on youe MetaTrader platforms.
